The senders are on the users friends list, I actually cut & pasted the address from the Presto address and sent test emails to the senders- all were successfully delivered- so it's not an address...

We are also experiencing issues with emails not being received from some of the emails on the list- and the senders are not getting messages that they are not in the address book.
