      <description>BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR WITH MY 96 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN MINNEAPOLIS WITH HER PRESTO AND ME AS THE MANAGER IN DENVER, IS OUT OF PAPER MESSAGES. HER MACHINE SHOWS THAT SHE HAS PAPER AND THE LIGHT IS NOT BLINKING AND YET IT PREVENTS THE MACHINE FROM CALLING IN FOR MESSAGES. WHEN I GO TO THE WEB SITE, IT TELLS ME THAT THE MACHINE REPORTED OUT OF PAPER AT LAST CALL WHICH MAYBE WAS DAYS AGO. PLEASE HELP ME. JOHN SKALET</description>

      <description>my 96 year old mother in minnesota has a presto and i am the manager of the account in Denver. Frequently i get an &amp;quot;out of paper message and she doesn't get my emails even though her machine has paper in it and the out of paper light is not blinking. any suggestions? could the tray not be in all the way or maybe she is not opening the lid when she fills it? please help me. john skalet jskalet@aol.com</description>
