How can I get the Presto to print out extra large font size of 80 or greater? My grandmother is totally deaf and visually impaired. She can speak, but her only form of receiving communication...

Has anyone experienced the issue of missing pages and a print job breaking up over several dial-ins? I sent my grandmother an eleven page PDF file today. She received 9 out of the 11 pages...
