Setting up Presto w/o an analog phone line

Is there a way to set up a Presto w/o an analog phone line? We're in an office environment and I'm not sure a regular phone jack is anywhere around me.

Does anyone have a good grasp on how Presto deals with spam? Is it even an issue on this device? If not, why isn't it?
