You can use MS-Word to do this but you just need to save the page as a PDF to accomplish it. With MS-Word on the Macintosh, this is very easy. You just arrange the page the way you want it with multiple photos or whatever. Then you "Print" the page and select the "PDF" button in the lower left corner of the print dialog box. It will present a drop-down menu, you should choose "Save as PDF" and then save the file on your computer somewhere. Attach this file to an email that you send to your Presto user and you are set.
