You can go ahead and buy another Printing Mailbox, used or new, and plug it in. You will need to have the Presto customer support center "associate" the new device with your account. This is really easy and only takes a toll free phone call to (800) 919-3199, M-F, between 9am-10pm (Eastern). If you have any problems, send me a private message and I will help.
