Hi Peter,

I love the ability to see the activity in my Grandmother's mailbox.  That is great.  I do have one question though - how can I see the activity for the e-mails that I have sent her?  When I look up her activity it shows me the activity for her friend list, but I am not on it (I guess because I am the administrator).  How can I check to see how many e-mails I have sent her and if any are "in-process"?

Are you talking about emails that you send from your email account, or directly from the PrestoConnect dashboard webmail?

I'm guessing that it shows either way - I'm testing it myself right now. Give it a try through the webmail system and see if it shows up in your queue!

You could also try adding yourself to the friends list and see if that works - let me know what happens!

Hi Dawn. I'm glad you're enjoying the new features! As an account administrator, you have the ability to send messages, reminders, and to-do lists through the PrestoConnect site, so reporting for you is slightly different than for those on the Friends list.

To see delivered and pending messages, reminders, or to-do lists that you've created through PrestoConnect, go to your PrestoConnect homepage and select either "manage messages,"manage reminders," or "manage to-do list" from the Messages, Reminders or To-do list panels (each takes you to the same Delivery Schedule and History page). On this page you can see summary information for all of the communications you've created from the PrestoConnect site.

To see this information for messages sent either from your regular email account or anyone on the Friends list, select "view activity details" from the Printing Mailbox Activity & Settings panel of your PrestoConnect homepage. Select "printing mailbox activity" on the left, and you should find the information you're looking for.

Thanks Jennifer! I just confirmed that my test email sent from an external mailbox shows up in the Presto history just like promised. What's really cool is that the account history screen sorts by sender - so I was able to see emails sent from others on the friend list as well.

This comes in handy when you need to use the "nudge" feature, too - you can tell who hasn't been sending any mail!

I like the new interface. Pretty clean and easy to use.

I would like to see the nudge feature available as a recurring reminder (i.e. a weekly note sent out or monthly or whatever time designation desired).


I'd also like to go back further than 30 days for message status, but that's just me. I like the big picture. :)
