Did I miss an email sent out to all account managers notifying them of the new interface? If so, my apologies. If not, I'd suggest you might want to do that to let them know about the new interface. :)
The email announcement went out to all account managers on November 24, 2008. I received mine at 7:03 AM Pacific Time. It was sent from: CustomerCare@presto.com and was entitled: New Presto Features Available

New interface is a huge improvement. The delivery confirmation is especially useful.

I've just taken over (from one of my sisters) the job of keeping our mother's Presto Account up-to-date. First let me say that my computer service is dial-up because I live in Northern Wisconsin with no other Internet option. In the past, I would access my mother's account occasionally to add family/friends to her list, but never do I remember having to wait so long for Presto pages to change on my screen as I do lately. Is this the result of the new Interface? I would like to know if there is a faster way for this same info to be viewed without all the lovely features for those of us who have to live with dial-up service.
Hmmmmm. Possibly it is because of that. However, for a quick addition or deletion of a name on the Presto Friends list, you could always just call our toll free number M-F, 9am-10pm (Eastern), at (800) 919-3199. Our customer care agents would be happy to do this for you.
