My mother lives in a retirement home that just went digital with their phone lines. Now, her Presto machine will not work! Does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix it? Can the emails sent to her be forwarded to another email address or fax number until we get this resolved?

Thanks!

Peter, Thanks for your response. I wanted to update you as we go along seeings as though I started the rumble! The company that put in the digital phone service as graciously offered to put in a temporary analog line until we can figure out another way around this. (Very unusual for companies to offer this service these days!)

I would like to encourage you to get hp moving in a direction that they grow towards digital line services in order to to keep up with all the non techies who sill want to buy hp Presto machines! I will keep you posted if there's any more to post.

Thanks again.

We are working on a solution for people with digital lines. However, unfortunately it will not be available in the very near future. But, we will keep the community updated on our progress.
