Keara:
We have investigated using Google calendar with Presto in our labs and have tested it with employees and a willing PrestoPlace member. The good news is THAT IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY! I am planning to write a complete blog post or article, but in the meantime, here are the steps:
To start with, you will need to sign up for a free gmail account ( visit: http://www.gmail.com ) and, you will need to also create a Google calendar ( visit: http://www.google.com/calendar ). Then...
1) go to your gmail inbox (not the calendar)
2) click on "settings" in the upper right corner
3) click on "filters" in the gold bar
4) click on "create a new filter"
5) in the "from" section type "google calendar"
6) click on "next step"
7) check "forward to" and enter the Presto email address in the box
8) click "create filter"
9) make sure you have added "calendar-notifications@google.com" to the Presto user's Friends list
Then, you can populate the calendar with whatever you wish and your Presto user can receive an updated agenda every day if you choose. You can also be alerted to the items you put on the calendar by email, or even to your cell phone!
Using Presto and Google Calendar is a fantastic way to assist you in taking care of the people you love.
Hope this helps,
Peter

I found a post in another thread that indicates this feature might already be in place.
But I had some difficulty in following the instructions.
A clean, clear list of steps would be appreciated.
