Hi Peter,

Sure hope you (or someone) can help me. I followed your GREAT email tip re setting up a google gmail calendar for the daily events at my 83 year old mother's Assisted Living residence, so she would not miss any activities she enjoys, but can't remember without written reminders.

I set up the original google calendar up under the same gmail address as is shown under the Presto Account Manager (Me) but this gmail account is set up under my mother's name, not mine.

I had a Daily Agenda email early in the morning, and individual event email notifications two hours prior to the event successfully coming into this gmail account, as scheduled, for several days.

I then went into this original gmail account (under which the calendar was created) and through the "Manage Calendar" area ADDED my mother's emailaddress@presto.com to SHARE the original calendar as "See all event notifications."

I then went to Presto.com and added the original calendar gmail address to the Friends List, under my mother's name this time. I also added the following "Friend" as instructed: calendar-notification@google.com.  So now both the gmail address for the original google calendar and the calendar-notification show under Friends.

My problem is that the Daily Agenda and the 2 hour prior Event notifications continue to come into the original gmail address as they were previously, but the Daily Agenda and the 2 hour prior Event Notifications DO NOT PRINT out on the HP Printing Mailbox under my mother's emailaddress@presto.com as I had anticipated they would.

Please advise what I need to do (or do differently) to get the emails to print from Presto on the HP Printing Mailbox, as well as under the original gmail address for which the calendar was created.

I really think the Printing Mailbox is a truly great invention for the elderly, both as a way of "keeping in touch" as well as a way of "reminding" them of things they need to do. When you are dealing with Alzheimer's (or other elderly memory problems) the "written word" is 250% more effective than the "spoken word." My mother has never had a computer, so she does not understand "how" the emails and pictures print off in her residence, but she sure does love receiving them. This has caused such a "sensation" at her Assisted Living residence that the director is printing an article about the printing mailbox in the fall newsletter to the residents and their families.

I really appreciate any help that anyone can give me. Sharon

I understand your note above. I don't have the specific answer yet, but will look into it and respond. I may want to go into this more deeply with you. Can you please send me a private message with your contact info?
