Dear Mysticeti:

You might want to edit your post to remove your parent's email address. Did you put their existing email address in the Presto Friends approved senders list? If so, how did you "forward" emails, through an email "rule" so they auto-forward? Or through a preference in the email program that allows forwarding? And, what email client or web service do you use. We can quickly get to the bottom of this. Please send me the answers via private message to preserve your privace.
