United StatesIt sounds like you're ready to go. You shouldn't need a splitter, just plug the Presto right into the phone jack, put in the ink and paper, and you should be ready to rock and roll. Let us know how your setup goes!

Mountain View, United StatesAlso, the Presto Printing Mailbox has a splitter built in, so you can connect the mailbox to the wall telephone outlet, and then a telephone handset into the extra phone port on the Presto Printing Mailbox.
