The Presto Preview feature seems to be working at the moment. Can you confirm that the email address you are using to send the message is the one in your Account profile? By default, your Account uses the email you entered during setup, although you can add more alternate email addresses on the Account Management site. In order for this feature to work, the sender needs to be on the user's Presto Friends List. If this turns out not to be the problem, then let me know and we can take more steps to sort it out.
