I'd like to be able to send calendar listing to my mom of her appointments in Microsoft Word format.  I noticed Word attachments are not on the list of acceptable Presto attachments.  Do I need to take the extra step of convering my Word document to Acrobat before I send an attachment to my mom?

Yes, you need to convert documents to Acrobat (.pdf) format before sending. Presto will not accept MS-Word attachments. And, the email the attachment is connected to will not go through either. So, convert to PDF and send through as normal.

There's a really great article here, also, that will help you learn how to create your own PDF's. You can find it here:

Send It Your Way: How to Make Your Own PDF Files

If you're on a Mac, you can just go to the "Print" dialog window, and select "Save as PDF."

Have fun and good luck!
