It is easy for multiple people to administer an account. All you need to do is pass the username and password between the people and then they all have access to the Presto admin pages.

However, we currently only send Presto Bulletins, such as low ink indicators, to one email address. So, if you are going to have a group of people administer an account, I would suggest signing up for a free G-Mail or HotMail account that you all have password access to, and then use that email address with Presto to ensure bulletins are accessible by all.

Tip: choose an email service that allows email-forwarding. Then, you can have all emails from that account automatically forwarded to a primary account manager's main email account which presumably they check more often than the one set up for this purpose.
