It is always a problem to get the younger generations to participate. However, to the younger generations, U.S. Mail is not even an option. Come to think of it, other than a bill, I can't remember that last time I sent a letter, either! At least by taking away the "burden" of envelopes, stamps and trips to the mailbox, there is a fighting chance that something might happen.

The trick will be in how you communicate that Great Grandma is now on email! Most importantly, is to get her email address placed in the group lists that many people create when often communicating between many of the same people. Then, your 82 year old Mother will be in-the-loop just like everyone else.

When adding their names to the Presto Friends approved senders list, be sure to enter their phone numbers. This ensures their phone number is printed on the top of the Presto Mail so that your Mom can phone them back if she feels so inclined.

And, also be sure to include their cell phone numbers. Then, if their cell service allows sending of photos to email addresses from the phone (like Verizon and some others do), they can send photos directly to their great grandmother any time they like.

If you need more convincing, I suggest you look at the user reviews on Amazon.com. They are an accurate and compelling look at how the Moms of America have been liking Presto.
