When the Presto Printing Mailbox is first set up, it prints a set of "business cards" for your Parents that containts a special code. They can then cut the cards apart and give them to their PC-savvy friends who can then use the code to securely add themselves to your parent's approved sender list. Also, anytime you or your parents want, you can call Presto's toll free service phone number and ask to have someone added. If you set up your parent's Presto account online, you can easily add people to the list through the Presto account management portal.
Online receipts from stores can also be added but the trick is knowing what email address it is coming from (such as: receiptservices@macys.com).
Finally, email from web mail should have no problem. Forwarding articles from a web site will have a problem if that address isn't added to the list.
But, you can easily convert any article to a PDF and send it to them as an attachment.
