There are situations where long email deliveries are broken up. I'll find out the specifics and post them back here shortly. However, I don't see any reason why the middle of a delivery would be missing. Can you please private message me with your grandmother's Presto email address, your full name and email address? Then I can have my customer service people look into what happened.
