The Presto Printing Mailbox phones OUT to go retrieve any Presto Mail or Presto Newsstand content from the Presto Mail service. Since the "Screen Machine" deals with calls that are coming IN, I wouldn't think there would be any interaction between it and Presto. As long as your Mother doesn't need to do anything when she dials OUT, then there should be no problem with Presto. By the way, this is one of the reasons Presto was designed that way it was: it operates just like your Mom calling out. I hope that helps.
