My email program, as I'm sure many do, provides a picture formated email allowing pictures to be inserted into the text of the email. So far, the pictures in those emails do not come out on the other end where my mother eagerly awaits. She is a couple thousand miles away, so I don't have the opportunity see the results. The only luck I have is a basic email with picture files attached. Do I have any other options?

I sent you a private message asking for more information on your email program, etc. Presto is designed to handle embedded photos in popular email programs by inserting a thumbnail and then attaching photos on subsequent pages. So, I don't know why you are having trouble, but please look for the info request I sent you directly and we'll better be able to comment.

The issue I have is with the thumbnail that Presto inserts on the first page. I would like to see the photo I embed in my email appear inserted on the first page of the received mail at the largest size allowed. I use Outlook and have cable company internet service.
