I want to buy tPrest service for my Mom, she lives in Puerto rico. I would like to knwo if the service is available in Puerto Rico.

I'll have to check on this and get back to you. It all depends on the telephone dial-in infrastructure available there. Usually, the answer would be "outside the US Presto will not work." But since Puerto Rico is a territory, I need to check and let you know.

Thank you for the information.  If you get any update, please let me know. I have seen how the service work and I'm really interesting on buying one  for my mom.  As far as I know the phone dial up works the same as here in the  main land.

The dial-up I am speaking about is the availability of a local data dial-up company that allows Presto to connect to her machine using a local telephone number. I should know this morning and I will get back to you.

I'm sorry to tell you that Presto is not available for use in Puerto Rico because of the differences in the telephone dial-up infrastructure that I mention above. So sorry we can't help your Mom, Heriberto.
