As for your specific problem, there haven't been any service problems in the time period you mention, so there may be something up with the HP Printing Mailbox itself. To verify connectivity, etc, can you please phone our customer service people toll-free at (866) 428-0970? They are available seven days a week at the following times:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET
Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET
They can diagnose the connectivity issues remotely if you give them some information about your Mom. Thanks and please post the outcome of your ordeal. I'm sorry youare havinga problem. I bet we can get her back online in no time.
