Is there an easy way to suspend delivery of the subscriptions?  After returning from a week away, my mother was confronted with over 50 pages of "mail", that had accumulated in her absence.  All of this was from the daily subscriptions...

It would be a good feature to be able to designate an "away" period during which to suspend all subscriptions (without having to unsubscribe and re-subscribe).  This would save on ink and paper, not to mention the clutter of having old news, etc to sift through.

Sounds like a great suggestion so that the account manager could toggle a setting.

Thanks for the great ideas. This one is on our longer list of envisioned features.

Help me to understand the issue here, please. As the Account Manager you will know when your Mom is going to be away. Would it not be possible to just log in change the subscriptions (end them), and restart them upon her return? While the toggle on-off would be very useful, maybe just ending the subscriptions for her away time is an interim solution.

Thanks for the post, I would not have thought of ending these when Mom travels. Now I will.

The "vacation suspension" feature is just meant as a convenience, preventing account managers from needing to suspend subscriptions individually. I believe it could also provide a different kick-back message to people who send email to the account when under suspension. This is not a current feature, though, only envisioned for the future.

FYI, I called the Presto Help Desk, and they agreed to suspend the service until I notify them to turn it back on (this is for an indefinite period, not just a few days).  This will save on paper & ink, and will extend the subscription by not incurring the fee while the service is off.

As a test, I sent a follow-up eMail to the mailbox, and it was returned as undeliverable.  Until a toggle On/Off feature is available in the Account Management Control Panel, this works very well for us.  THANKS!
