Has anyone had a problem with paper jams? I set up the machine for my mother-in-law a few weeks back and everything seemed fine. Then she called to say the paper jammed and she removed it, but now it was jamming all the time. I brought the machine back to my house and it is jamming still. I got it to print the demo sheet without jamming but then all the other times it has jammed. It starts to print and then stops and then crumples. I looked inside and I cannot see any paper pieces, but when the ink carraige goes back and forth there is a bit of a ginding or vibration. If I cannot get it to work, how can I get it replaced/serviced.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Actually I did call customer service and the and while I was on the phone the guy had me print some kind of report and sure enough a small piece of paper was stuck somewhere around the printer cartridge and it came out. Problem solved. Thanks for all your help.
