Transferring Presto from one phone line to another is no problem. The HP Printing Mailbox will just need some time to dial out, find the right dial-up number and report it's new number back to the Presto service. Could you elaborate on what luck you are not having? If you sent mail to the email address you set up for the HP Printing Mailbox owner, are you sure you put the email address you are sending from on the Presto Friends list? So you see any kickback messages from the Presto service in your email that could indicate your mail did not go through?
Most people don't experience any problems, or they have forgotten to add an email address to their Presto Friends list (i.e. you added your home email, but are now trying to send from your work email, etc.).
