Hi all....I'm testing out the Presto my family purchased as a Christmas gift for my elderly parents.  So far, everything has worked quite well except for emails with embedded images.  When sent to the Presto, these emails are reformatted to first print a thumbnail size image, then several lines of blank spacing and finally it prints the same image in a larger size (usually 4 1/2" x 3 1/2").  This happens from every sender.  Presto Customer Service took my report and is sending it to the technicians.

So....the question is whether the thumbnail print can be suppressed/eliminated altogether, certainly for the sake of saving paper, ink and questions from the parents.  I can't find any Presto setting to address this or any discussion about others having this issue.  I hope someone may be able to offer advice.  Just to explain further, all attachments on emails print only once & perfectly fine.
