My Mother lives in Florida in the winter and Conn. in the summer.  Can she move her maialbox from place to place and is there something she needs to do to receive her mail when she moves?

Dear Glaze244:

Indeed your Mother's Presto Mail can follow her as she flys south for the winter. As she has to do is unplug and cart the HP Printing Mailbox with her, then plug it in to the power and phone line at the destination. It's totally automatic and will handle local reconnection on its own. Of course, it should be packed carefully to survive the travel, especially with the orange plastic carriage protector in place to prevent damage to the printing mechanism. See my next post for another option.

MULTIPLE PRESTO LOCATIONS

An option for someone who travels from place to place would be to buy a second HP Printing Mailbox and Presto Service which could managed through one Account Manager portal (i.e. Mom-At-Home@Presto.com and Mom-At-Cabin@Presto.com), but this requires a second service activation ($9.99/month). We don't have a "vacation hold" or "forwarding" function within the Presto service at this time, but are interested to know if a lot of people would be interested in it.

Thanks Peter, I doubt I would buy another machine for the second house since it would be so easy to just  plug it in at the new location.
