I purchased this for my 94 year mother and she really enjoys receiving the letters and calls it her computer. I find this service fills a needed market and hope it’s very successful. OK now what I would like to see: A better printer from day one I knew this was a low end model. Presto needs an upgraded one for the people who want better pictures and a minimum of 2 ink tanks with the black tank being large as black text is used frequently. I send pictures and the quality is just not that good in today’s standards. I would like to use better paper maybe a light weight grossly photo type as it would work for text and be great for pictures and a better printer could handle it. The cost to make the changes would be low about 30.00 and I would pay 50.00 or more to have it.

I would like to see an add on to from Presto to use with any printer that would let the customer to buy his own printer. I would still pay the same price or more.
