Ah, yes... I can visualize it now: Thousands of grandchildren feverishly building a page in the Presto FaceBook so they can send eMail to an address that is already in their address book. Would this make sense even if they were writing to more than 3 or 4 grandparents? In today's environment, I think it is an achievement just to get a grandchild to send a simple "Thank you" note, and Presto has provided an excellent platform that enables the youngest generation to do this without resorting to "old fashioned pen & paper"...
Seriously, I like the idea about sharing ideas, but isn't that one of the purposes of this forum? I agree with Greeno's response (above), that I would rather see resourses devoted to improving the product and the service, which, while a great concept, has had several shortcomings identified in this forum.
For starters, how about showing us the delivery queue, and the history of delivered items?
When the recipient says they didn't receive something, how can we be sure whether it was delivered and misplaced, or never delivered? Given the demographics of the end-users, this is a very likely scenario.
