When I use the "Ask a Question" page, I am always prompted to register in order to submit the question...  THEN it says that my eMail is already in use (because I registered when I submitted the previous question)...

How do you "Ask a Question" on the Presto Help Page when you are already registered?

Are you talking about here on PrestoPlace or on Presto's website?

You can always feel free to ask your question here. I'm sure another community member would be happy to help you.

My Post above on "Asking for Help" is directed at the Presto Help page.  When I posted my first question there, I was directed to "register" in the Help section, which I did.  On my subsequent questions, I am still directed to "register", but when I try, the response says that I am already registered, so the question does not get posted...

...and yes, I have resorted to posting them here in the forum, where I have received some good responses, but I still believe that I should be able to direct those questions DIRECTLY to the Presto Help team...

Though PrestoPlace isn't operated by Presto, they are supporting us and are quite active here. It's possible you'll still get some assistance from Presto staff here in the community.

Otherwise, I'm sure Presto would like to hear your feedback regarding the help section on their site. Hopefully they'll see this post and take some action to make their help section friendlier.
