Just an FYI, I have found if you use generic ink cartridges in the Presto Printing Mailbox, the ink status indicator doesn't work. It only works with HP cartridges.

That is true, unfortunately. The ability to sense ink level is lost when the cartridges are refilled. There is no way the Presto service can get around this, so to preserve the ink status indicator, buy new ink for the Printing Mailbox.
