Thanks, Irene. You're why we created an assistive technology like Presto in the first place

We received a handwritten letter from a Presto subscriber some time ago. It encapsulates why we created an assistive technology such as Presto in the first place better than anything we could say. So I thought I'd share it with you.

Dear Presto CEO,
I received your Presto printer & what a wonderful joy in my life it has brought me. I received a call from my daughter, who is a computer teacher in the Taunton, MA, school system. She said, “Mom, I’m sending you a Christmas gift by mail in a few days watch for it.”
“It’s a gift you always wanted, but didn’t know you wanted.” she said.
When it arrived & I saw what it does, “It really is the gift I always wanted, but didn’t know I wanted.”
Now my daughter & family & friends can send me messages & pictures. I am elated.
I’m 79 years of age & marvel at all the new technology. I’m illiterate about computers & all the new things, but this awakened my curiosity.
Eric my grandson (Anne Marie’s only child) & his wife are expecting a child in July. He sent my daughter a sonogram of the baby saying, “I’m going to be a dad.” via Presto. My Anne Marie in turn sent the sonogram to me via Presto, saying “This is the first picture of your great grandchild at 7.5 weeks.” I was in seventh heaven.
My daughter said you created Presto for your Mom and family to keep in contact instantly. What a marvelous creation.
Now, my daughter thought also of me (her mom) this Christmas & gave me Presto.
May God bless you with many, many more ideas to strengthen the family & friends ties, with God’s great gift of Love.
Thank you, Sincerely Irene Joaquin
The gift of love – via Presto. “Mother’s day”

No, thank YOU, Irene, for taking the time to hand write and send a letter to us that puts a spring in my step, every day. YOU are why we keep making Presto better. Thank YOU, from all the engineers.
