Review of the PrestoConnect Service for Your Presto Printing Mailbox (Page 1 of 3)

Like many of us, you may be entirely well versed on technology.  Wired up with the newest laptop computers and mobile phones, people of all ages are hooked up with services like Twitter, text messaging, news applications, and email-on-the-go.

However, did you know that over half of all those over age 65 do not have access to the Internet, according to a recent 2008 study?  In my personal situation, my grandmother does have access to the internet, but has no interest in learning how to use it, nor would she be able to read the small type on the screen.

This is where the Presto Printing Mailbox comes in.  It's a really elegant solution to the common problem of staying in touch with loved ones who are less "wired."

The PrestoConnect Dashboard

Presto Services, Inc. has been providing this awesome service since 2006... and today, it just got even better.  The new "PrestoConnect" service has been announced, and it gives the Presto Account Manager even more flexibility and care in communicating with, and taking care of loved ones with a Presto machine.

Before we go over the exciting new features of PrestoConnect, I'd like to clear up the eternal question...

What Is An Account Manager?

The Presto Account Manager is the one who "takes care" of the Presto machine, and the account attached to it.  Chances are, if you're the person who bought the machine for your loved one, and set it up - this person is you!

The PrestoConnect service gives the Account Manager an awful lot of flexibility and control over the "who, how, and what" of the Presto machine possessed by your loved one.

Now, I'd like to go over what these exciting new features are, and how they make the Presto service better than ever... head on to the next page to learn more!
