I have a small list of questions I can't find the answers to:

Is there a list of local connection phone numbers I can check  to see if my mother's mailbox will  have to call long distance or is there an 800 number available?

Who becomes the account manager?  Is it the person who buys the unit and sets it up for their parent?

Can mail be retreived by the recipient on demand or do they have to wait for the scheduled delivery time?

Is the $9.95 charge for the person receiving the mail with no other charges to the senders?

Thanks,
